Primärversorgung und Pflege

 

Die Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen, umfassenden Gesundheitsversorgung für Menschen mit komplexen Bedarfslagen erfordert innovative Versorgungsansätze. Der Stärkung der Primärversorgung kommt dabei eine Schlüsselrolle zu.
Wie dies umgesetzt werden kann und welche Chancen und Herausforderungen damit für Pflegefachpersonen verbunden sind, steht im Zentrum dieses Forschungsbereichs. Ziele sind:

1. vergleichende Analysen in verschiedenen Ländern zu   innovativen Ansätzen in der Primärversorgung durchzuführen;

2. theoretisch und empirisch fundierte Erkenntnisse für den Innovationstransfer und die Entwicklungen von Versorgungsmodellen zu erarbeiten

Von besonderem Interesse sind: Gesundheitsförderung und präventive Versorgung, Partizipation von Individuen, Familien und Gemeinschaften in der Primärversorgung, psychosoziale und mentale Gesundheitsversorgung, gemeindeorientierte Primärversorgung, erweiterte Rollen und Aufgaben von Pflegefachpersonen, Community Health Nursing, interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit, Führung und Teamarbeit, sowie gute Arbeitsumgebungen in der Pflege.
